Packaging

All items are securely packaged using eco-friendly and protective materials, suitable for fragile ceramic pieces.

Dispatch Time

• In-stock pieces are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
• Made-to-order or commissioned works may take 3–4 weeks depending on the scale and detail of the piece.

Shipping Methods

• UK Orders are sent via tracked courier (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcelforce).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location. For large or bespoke sculptures, I may contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.
