Delivery

• UK Delivery: All items are carefully packaged and shipped via a tracked courier service. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• Made to Order: For sculptures made to order, please allow up to 3–4 weeks for creation and dispatch. You will be kept updated throughout the process.

Returns

Due to the delicate nature and one-of-a-kind quality of ceramic art, returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange a refund or replacement where possible.

Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
